- EXCHANGE RATE: Please be advised we will only accept payments in euros any prices quoted in pounds are for guide purposes only and may not accurately reflect the current conversion rates. We advise all clients to check the current exchange rates for an accurate comparison prior to booking
- CANCELATIONS: Please be advised that if you need to cancel the property for what ever reason your deposit will not be refunded.
- BREAKDOWNS AND COMPLAINTS: No responsibility can be accepted for the breakdown of private & public supplies including water & electricity within or outside of the complex/villa, Satellite TV, channel availability & any amenities outside the company's control. In the event of any justified complaints our representative and/or Sovereign International Rentals Spain must be notified and a reasonable amount of time must be allowed for rectification. Above also applies to domestic appliances and air conditioning units and time needed for obtaining spare parts. Weekends and public holidays must be taken into consideration.
- IN THE RESORT: It is your responsibility to exercise due care and attention in relation to the accommodation occupied, and to ensure that the accommodation, together with all fixtures, furniture and fittings provided, are left in the same state of cleanliness and repairs as it existed at the commencement of your holiday. Also to observe the local law, and to ensure that the number of persons stated on the confirmation are the only occupants during your holiday. Not Adhering to the above, could result in loss of all or part of your breakage deposit.
- Please note that all our properties are non smoking and if any client has been found to have smoked in the property the additional cost of cleaning to eradicate the smell of cigarette will be deducted from their deposit.

In the event that any parties entering a property cause malicious/serious damage, unacceptable noise level resulting in the police being called. The company reserve the right to evict all of the party from the property without notice and without compensation. This will only be implemented in extreme cases where no other mediation has worked.
- OUR RESPONSIBILITY: The Company neither owns nor operates any airline or car hire companies. We have taken all reasonable care in making arrangements for the accommodation and other services offered as part of our holiday in the particulars. We can not accept liability for adverse weather, death, personal injury, annoyance from neighbouring pets, pests or stray animals, loss, damage or inconvenience arising from the provision of letting the accommodation, where due to neglect, act or omission of anyone, or negligence of the management or employers of an independent contractor. The company will not take responsibility for unknown building work in the neighbourhood or close proximity of the rental accommodation. The company makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied to you is correct. Any information given to you with regard to the resort, complex, accommodation and its contents is given in good faith and is believed to be accurate. The company is not liable for any inaccuracies contained in any supplied information. Should any facility not be available due to factors outside the company’s control, then the company does not accept responsibility. Photographs used in information supplied to you are intended to give an overall impression of the accommodation/complex/resort. The company is not liable for any items of furniture, contents, which appear in the photograph, which may have been changed or removed, also any aspects of the complex, or environment which have changed since the photographs were taken.
- In the event that an owner has their property repossessed by the bank and where the renter has paid the owner directly to their bank account we regret that we are unable to refund this money as we would never have received it ourselves. We would however give a 100% refund on any monies paid into the company bank account.
- CLIENTS RESPONSIBILTY: It is the clients responsibility to have adequate travel and personal insurance.
- Check in time is 5pm and check out is 11am, please note clients arriving at the property after 8pm will be charged a late arrival charge of 50 euros which does include a standard welcome pack in the property upon arrival.
